1. Acceptance

By using our websites or purchasing, accessing, or taking the IMP Assessment, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Eligibility and account details

The IMP Assessment is intended for people aged 18 or older. You must provide accurate registration and contact details and keep your assessment link confidential. Do not use another person’s link or submit answers on another person’s behalf.

3. IMP Assessment service

The IMP Assessment is a developmental and self-reflection tool. It is not medical, psychological, clinical, employment, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a diagnosis. Results should be interpreted in context and should not be used as the sole basis for decisions about a person.

A paid assessment link is normally available for 48 hours from activation. A completed attempt cannot be resubmitted through the same link. A retake or renewal requires a new payment unless the Company expressly provides complimentary access.

4. Pricing and payment

The customer-facing prices are ₹299 inclusive of applicable taxes for India and $10 for international customers, unless a different price is displayed at checkout. Payment is processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card number, CVV, or banking password. Currency conversion, payment-method fees, and settlement charges may apply to the Company’s payment account and are governed by Razorpay’s terms.

5. Cancellations, refunds, and expired links

Payment, cancellation, refund, and chargeback requests are handled according to the offer shown at checkout and applicable law. Contact us promptly if a payment succeeds but a link is not received. An expired or compromised link may be disabled, and a new link may require a new payment. The Company will not promise a refund, exchange rate, or processing time that is not confirmed in the applicable payment terms.

6. Counselling and optional communications

A request for 1:1 counselling is an optional service preference and may involve separate scheduling, availability, and charges. Marketing emails or WhatsApp messages and promotional photo/video use require separate optional consent and are not required to purchase the assessment.

7. Company-sponsored access

For employee or bulk access, the sponsoring organisation is responsible for providing employee data lawfully and giving employees the required notice. Each employee remains responsible for using only their own assessment link. Company access does not remove the one-attempt rule.

8. Intellectual property

The websites, assessment content, reports, branding, and templates are owned by or licensed to the Company. You may use your personal report for personal or internal development purposes. You may not copy, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, publish, or commercially redistribute the assessment or report content without written permission.

9. Availability and third-party services

The service may depend on hosting, payment, Google, email, analytics, and other third-party services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the continued operation of a third-party service. Third-party terms and privacy notices may also apply.

10. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or assessment. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable consumer and data-protection rights.
